If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We'll investigate and may offer compensation depending on the circumstances.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Here's our refund policy:
Processing Time: Refunds to credit/debit cards take 5-10 business days. LocalBites credit is applied instantly.
If you were charged but didn't receive an order confirmation, please wait 15 minutes and check your email (including spam folder). If you still don't see a confirmation, contact us with your payment details.
If you believe you were charged twice, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. Duplicate charges are typically resolved within 3-5 business days.
If a promo code didn't apply correctly, contact us before placing your order if possible. We may be able to apply the discount manually or issue LocalBites credit.
