Our commission is significantly lower than what the big apps charge. We’ll share exact numbers during your onboarding call — we don’t list it publicly because we adjust based on order volume and category. What we promise: it’s less than half of what UberEats and DoorDash take.
Do drivers really keep 100% of tips?
Yes. Every single dollar. Customers tip via WhatsApp or in cash — we don’t skim anything from tips, ever. That’s a permanent commitment, not a promotional offer.
What if I’m a halal-only kitchen?
That’s actually our specialty. Our customer base is heavily Calgary’s South Asian and multicultural communities. Maya handles dietary questions in multiple languages and respects halal, vegetarian, and Jain requirements out of the box.
Do I need to commit to a contract?
No long-term contract. You can pause or leave anytime with 30 days’ notice. We earn the partnership every month.
How does the AI concierge actually work?
Customers text Maya on WhatsApp at (403) 493-2717. Maya knows your menu, takes the order, confirms details, and sends it to you cleanly through our restaurant portal. You see clean order tickets — no chaotic customer messages to sort through.
What does the driver vehicle requirement look like?
Standard Alberta requirements: valid Class 5 license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a working smartphone. We confirm the rest during your application. Bikes and e-bikes are fine for Beltline / downtown deliveries.
